By accessing or using LayerFlow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

LayerFlow offers a free Starter tier and paid Growth and Scale plans. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use LayerFlow for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Send spam, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorisation.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without permission.

LayerFlow and its trademarks, logos, and software are owned by LayerFlow or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our products without written permission. You retain ownership of content you create using our services.

LayerFlow may integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of those services, and their terms apply to their own use.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LayerFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using LayerFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prejudice to our other rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LayerFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
